Legend of Zelda:Stones of Destiny (Past): Another Door, Another Room

At the end of the set of stairs, Link finds another door that leads into a room. In this room he finds the old sage that has been helping him in the past. The old sage tells him to search for four braizers and enter the north door to find the Eclipsed Moon. Link is totally stunned at what he was hearing, the first room in this dungeon was where the Eclipsed Moon could be found. Link hurriedly climbed the stairs and retraced his steps to the never ending hallway. He kept going in the direction that he come from when entering the dungeon, but he kept passing the hidden door that he had found. Link, now exhausted, stopped retracing his steps and sat down. He gathered his breath and went through the hidden door back down to where he found the old sage. In the room with the old sage Link found a couple of runes. he picked them up and placed them in the satchel and searched around the room. Link found an out line of a door etched into the cavern wall to the south of the entrance. Link placed his hand on the stone. It was warm to the touch. He took out a bomb and lit the fuse. Link placed the bomb on the ground and backed away, With a loud explosion the out line of a door revealed a hidden chamber beyond it. In the center of the chamber was a pool of lava that bubbled every second or so it seemed. In the middle of the pool of lava was a pillar that went about three/fourths up from the bottom. Link checked the room, he noticed a chest on top of the pillar. When he took out his hookshot and tried to pull him self up to it, the hookshot fell short. He wandered around the room noting the different platforms that erupted from the lava. Link saw a hidden ledge in the ceiling of the cavernous room and knew that it was the only way to reach the chest. Link also spotted a ladder going down into the pool of lava. He wanted to figure out why it hadn't been burned by the emmense heat that the lava produced. He descended the ladder to learn more about how it had come to be there and reached a hidden ledge that was hovering over the magma. Alas, the moment that he touched the surface of the hidden platform, the platform shook and fell into the lava. This event triggered steam to rise and surround Link before he reached the lava. The steam encased him in an air coffin and brought him into the lava.
