Boss attacks: Flash 2-4

“Are you sure this is absolutely necessary,” Silvyr called from behind the curtain. “I’m not sure I can fight him dressed like this!” With some extra force, the divider was pushed aside to reveal the half-elf in a light blue ball gown with ruffles down the skirt.

 

    “I don’t know what you’re complaining about. I look great, and you look passable,” Varick smirked from across the room, dressed in a purple version of the same dress. “These are the only battle-enchanted clothes I have on hand.”

 

    “First of all, you have us dressed up like your fire effects, and secondly, these wouldn’t be necessary if you hadn’t accidentally sent all of our other clothes through the wrong portal,” Silvyr growled as he stormed out of the building. Varick picked his dress skirt off the ground and quickly followed. Fires burned out of control as Valentine Fey unleashed his powers across the flammable landscape.

 

    “Just do that screeching you claim is singing,” the blonde Clydesdale laughed as he put a violin with blue strings to his chin. Water magic gathered around the instrument as the bow was put to the strings.

 

    “Whatever. Don’t burst any eardrums missing notes,” the half-elf shot back as Silvyr summoned his microphone talisman. Despite their feelings for the other, the duo used their music to put out the worst flames and corral the renegade fey.
